I bought a car from them about 2 months ago. At the beginning they were super nice, no issues, i took the car that day. I had the car for about 1 week, then they needed a form from me that i could not provide and they started to threaten me. If i wouldn't provide the document, i was going to have a repo and they were going to get their money from me one way or another etc, etc. Very Unprofessional. If i didn't need the car, i would have just returned it and we would just handle it with our attorneys but i needed the car asap. I would NEVER reccomend this place to anyone.
By far the worst place to even consider buying a car. I financed a car from beeps may 2017. And it by far has been the worse experience and decision I've ever made in my 29years of living. I've been bribed. Ripped off..Taken advantage of. Lied to, black mailed and sold a lemon. That I didn't even know is in-house financed. The vehicle has several mechanical issues, one being the check engine light. They rigged the mileage, advertising less miles, when there are way more. They repossessed my vehicle.. vandalized it. And charged me 1600$ to get my car back. For their mistake thinking I missed one payment..And I repeat. ONE PAYMENT..Customer service is horrible. DON'T BUY A Car FROM THIS LOT! unless you want to be sold an expensive LEMON, and to be taken advantage of. it's almost November I still have no registration. And my car still has check engine light on. Plus other issues. And they refuse to even look at it! I've filed a Small claims suite. And reported them to the DMV. And filed a claim with the consumer affairs bureau for automotives. I refuse to let them get away with this.
