CARWASH BROKE OFF MY ANTENNA OFF:--------------------------------------- ---- Took my Tacoma to this location and was about 1/3 of the way through when I heard a loud noise on the passenger side. My passenger mirror was push in which has happened before, but this time I thought it cracked my window. While drying my truck I noticed that my antenna was gone. THE CARWASH BROKE MY ANTENNA OFF. When I told a employee about it he said " I could come back later tonight after they closed because THEY HAVE A WHOLE BUCKET FILLED UP OF ALL THE CAR PARTS THE CARWASH BREAKS OFF EVERYDAY" I was amazed that he said everyday a bucket filled with parts the machine breaks off. I had a membership up until yesterday. The hot wax leaves a film/residue that is sticky . And lately the tire shine machine does a horrible job. No shine at all. The IB location is much better. Still pissed the machine broke off my antenna.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP. The service they offer is great, BUT if you have to deal with their corporate office make sure that you DO NOT speak with the so called manager Angelina. I got into a car accident and my car was totaled. Because I was too busy at the hospital and did not give a 7-day cancellation notice I will not be able to receive a refund. Like I asked to get in a car accident and be horribly injured?! I have legitimate proof and police reports of the accident and when I told this to her she was very rude and snarky speaking over me telling me that there was nothing she can do. If you ever sign-up with them make sure you don't get into a car accident because they won't refund you back the money even considering situations and events beyond your control. This is ridiculous! Angelina, you obviously need a career change, customer service is definitely NOT your forte. I will be speaking to Ron or whomever is above this Angelina to get this situation resolved!
Went there today around 6:30pm to 7pm and they are busy, there was cars stacked in front of me as I was exiting the car wash area there's a car blocking the exit since there was a huge line, the machine wasn't stopping and I had to brake so I don't hit the car in front of me and in turn car behind me tried to brake as well but the machine just keeps pushing him ending up hitting me from the back hitting my bumper damaging the paint and the "Manager" told me that the machine would stop because there was a sensor and showed it to me, I explained to him that the car in front of me is already past the sensor but he wouldn't listen and says "Have a good day" and left. Don't bother going here, I will talk to my commands legal to see what I can do but I am pretty sure there's video camera's around that part and should show what exactly happened. This won't be the last time that they hear from me for sure.
