The Disney store in Plaza Bonita is THE best store in the Westfield mall! The cast members are friendly, very engaging with customers, and have a great sense of humor. One in particular, by the name of Ben, had the character "Thug" written on his name tag. He ended up persuading me to purchase The Lion King DVD through his humor and excellent salesmanship. I will definitely be coming back here!

The Plaza Bonita Disney Store is the worst. The cashier was so rude and acted like it was a hassle to answer questions about an item in stock. I had called to put it on hold and when I got there they didn't and now its sold out even online :/ I'm not used to writing reviews but i was so shocked to get rude service at my fav and supposed to be the happiest store ever. Never going back. I'm staying with parkway plaza disney store.
