Went in for a return the Asian lady in the men's department had the nerve to tell me next time I return something I should hang it out so it isn't wrinkled and in resale condition . The men's shirts are sold folded i gave it back exactly like I received it in the bag wrinkled, tags and stickers still on. My boyfriend paid for it with his card I let her know I wanted it back on my card or cash because he wasn't with me, it took me getting upset calling my boyfriend in order for her to get a manager involved to resolve something that should have never been a problem i had my original receipt and everything. The policy didn't change it is still the same you just hate your job I will be filing a complaint with corporate about this.

Bri in the make up department was wonderful, she taught me how to apply different type of makeup. When you go, ask for Bri to help you if you want to learn new things. Such a wonderful and professional experience!!!
