Clean theaters. We went in the afternoon and there were very few people in the room. Comfortable seats. No waiting line for tickets. The guy who sold us tickets was polite and gave us our student discount. We watched: "The House" with Amy Pohler and Will Ferrel. Funny movie. Rated R. But the trailers before movie were mostly terrifying and petriying threalers. Horrible. At some point, we thought we were in the wrong room. the theaters management is to show trailers that are of a somewhat similar theme to the movie that we are to watch, please. Thank you.
so movie was slated to start at 7pm, its 7:32 now and movie hasn't started, no there's no previews whatsoever playing just black screen and they said they are trying to fix it and for our inconvenience they gave us "passes", I thought ok, passes for another movie not bad.. nope, passes as in free medium pop corn... what the f*!?? really?
Decent experience , nothing particularly memorable. Customer service seemed off and a bit slow but they were reasonably nice . Lines were slow, concessions unprepared, entrance poorly manned, condiments needed refilling , etc. I usually overlook one or two of these things but way too many to go unnoticed. I do appreciate the perks for premiere members though. My mom likes to go here too for their Filipino films which are practically non-existent in other theaters in San Diego, and which I appreciate for English subtitles. Great weekday /matinee rates too.
regal cinema when they were late 10mins they would give the patrons actual movie passes.. not some bs free medium pop corn. absolutely ridiculous.
Seats were dirty at a 9:30 am showing. It's the first movie of the day so obviously it's leftover from last night. There were long lines for tickets and to get inside.
Wide seats. Good movie selection. Clean bathrooms.
I think assigned seating is stupid. But recliner seats were nice, but dirty.
