Disappointed, No customer service, the manager was very mean and refused to replace dog food after I found ants @ the bag..
I absolutely love this place. Certain things can be on the pricier side but over all its a great place. We recently bought a bunny that the dude had said had been there for months b/c Noone wanted to buy him. He also said that he was the true definition of a rescue as he had gotten him from a meat farm. We went in the first day just to look and debated for a while whether to take him. The guy (I'm assuming who is the owner or manager at least) even offered to give us the bunny for free if we bought a cage. We ended up going home to talk about it more but went back the next day and bought the bunny. & i have to say he is the sweetest thing ever. I'm fairly certain he is litter trained as we've let him hop around the house for some free roam time and he hasn't had any accidents. I would absolutely buy from here again.
They should not sell puppies and kittens. Store has no AC to keep these animals comfortable.
