Ero was so patient with us, I was sending out 2 international packages. She was the most patient, kind and caring usps employee I've encountered.
Slow service too. There are lines even it's not peak hours.
Useless, just plain useless. Lost my package, told me it was delivered over and over again but my mailbox shows otherwise. Manager called courier over cell phone and asked her if she remembered delivering a specific package. Courier said yes and that was the end of it. Nothing we can do about it. Well so much for a shipping and handling fee now i gotta file a claim to try to get my package or money back.

Long wait times everytime. Do one of two things, hire another employee or train your existing ones better!
This place is ok. i come here a lot of times. Tho, sometimes Gabriel can be very moody, , sometimes too nice, sometimes really annoying.
