My Wife and I got married in Feb and since then my Ring broke her diamond fell out of hers and we are not happy because they will not fix them for us so I would not recommend that store for anybody!
The staff are usually very helpful and not snobby. Service has been efficient in the past. I have ordered a ring before but this recent order, I was told to expect it in a week's time. When I called the store for the status on the ring I was told my order had not even been processed. This was 5 days later from when I first went into the store.
Overall the costumer service is not the greatest when asking questions they dont know how to explain and if you call customer support they are so rude i had to be transfered twice because the ladies helping one named denise was so rude so my advice is ig your going to buy ask all the questions u need before u sign any papers or else you will end up confuse
I am not sure I want to do business with this company again.
Great friendly attentive customer service. Amazing selection and broad variety of jewelry to choose from. Went to several other shops in the same plaza and only this one had exactly what I was looking for. Happily spent over $150 with no regrets. Carolina is the most professional young lady i've met thanks to her i had the best shopping experience.
I was told that the focus was getting new Merchandise out to the store and to expect my order at least 2 more weeks.
